Universal Testing Machine QC-505M2F has a large test space and a long stroke. The maximum test capacity of the tensile testing machine is 50 kN. Maintenance-free transmission mechanism of the universal tensile testing machine helps reduce machine maintenance problems and in the same time it provides a quiet test environment and high-precision test results.
The universal tensile test machine has single-separated electric control box, separate electronic control system to avoid interference with the transmission components to increase test stability and also conducive to the maintenance and updating of electronic systems.
Equipped with Cometech’s advanced M2F controller system, universal testing machines can perform creep, constant compression, cycle, multi-step test mode, which conforms to various tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and compression tests. Support precision jog wheel can be fine tuning machine movement, with precision positioning and accurate calibration to increase test accuracy. High-speed signal feedback mechanism can reduce the chance of machine overload. The reserved external signal can be connected to an external signal source, increasing machine control mode.

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.
QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
