Universal Testing Machine QC-503M2F is capable for test capacity up to 100KN. High rigid frame structure and precise servo motor transmission parts supply offer stable machine operation for our universal testing machines. Suitable for plastic, textile, metal, architecture and construction industry, and also provide quiet testing environment and high accuracy test result.
Equipped with Cometech’s advanced M2F controller system, the tensile testing machine can perform creep, constant compression, cycle, multi-step test mode, which conforms to various tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and compression tests. The M2F software has multi-languages and is very easy to handle. Not only does the universal tensile test machine has all kind of metric units and real-time graphics but it also provides complete analysis test data which can do variety of material analysis after the test.
The separate design of the tensile machine and controller make maintenance a lot easier. Decrease the maintenance fee efficiently, and greatly extend the life time of machine. In addition, the speed of M2F system is capable for 0.0001-375mm/min to increase the testing range and satisfy more standard requirement.

QC-551 Long Extensometer
QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.
QC-557 Short extensometer
QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
