Universal Material Testing Machine QC-526M2F has large test space and long stroke. Multiple model of width can satisfy large specimen test requirement. The maximum test capacity is 20 kN with high precision, low noise and maintenance-free of servo drive system. The universal testing machines offer maintenance-free transmission mechanism to reduce machine maintenance problems and in the same time it provides a quiet test environment and high-precision test results.

The universal tensile testing machine is equipped with Cometech’s advanced M2F controller system, the tensile tester can perform creep, constant compression, cycle, multi-step test mode, which conforms to various tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and compression tests. The manual jog can position precisely and increase the accuracy of calibration. The high-speed feedback of the signals reduce the overloaded risk.The reserved external signal can be connected to an external signal source, increasing machine control mode.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
