Description

Universal Testing Machine QC-502M1F is capable of conducting material and product tests with max. 200KN. The tensile testing machine is equipped with servo motor, precise transmission system, and Cometech’s intermediate M1F controller system.

The M1F software is compatible with Windows system and is able to analyze tests such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, tearing strength, etc.
The rigid and endurable structure makes the test more stable and reduces damages to the machine. This series of universal tensile test machine can be applied to metal, composites, construction material, and other materials that require high test force.

Low noise operations and accurate test results are guaranteed.
The 7° TFT touch screen is an optional accessory for the tensile tester, allowing users to perform tests on a standalone basis. The ups and downs of the crosshead can be slightly adjusted by jog controller, which makes the process of calibration and positioning more convenient and safe, thus preventing overload. The speed range is 0.2-375 mm/min, which conforms to various standards.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
