Description

Universal Testing Machine QC-500M1F is with capacity 500kN or over, commonly used to perform tensile test, compression test, bending tests particularly applied to metal, composites, construction material, and other materials that require high test force on metal and construction industry.

The M1F software is compatible with Windows system and is able to analyze tests such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, tearing strength, etc.
The rigid and endurable structure makes the test more stable and reduces damages to the machine. The M1F universal testing machines adopt a high torque servo motor to support its movement and motive power. To reduce the maintenance problems, the machine has high rigidity and strength of the construction. The tensile tester not only provides users a quiet testing environment but also high precision test results.

The universal tensile tester are all equipped with a jog to control precise positioning and up/down forward movement to prevent overload during the load cell calibration. The optional display can support stand-alone operation with simple tests.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
