Universal Material Testing Machine QC-508D2 is a table-type 2kN tensile testing machine with a standard 7" color touch TFT display panel for stand-alone operation.
Equipped with a newly-designed D2 controller and a standard 7" color touch TFT display panel, the tensile tester can operate on standalone basis. With test stroke 1100mm, the tensile machine is suitable to conduct tensile test with high elongation.
There are different units can be switched on the tensile testing machine, real-time display that shows and records a testing process during a short time; the data can be saved to USB, and can conduct your own analysis of saved data on Excel. For the complete analysis, the software of the universal tensile test machine can export full test data, raw data and reports.

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.
QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
Can print out results under stand-alone operation mode.
