Moisture Lab

Description

Moisture Lab is a compact benchtop instrument designed to measure low-level moisture in plastics, resins, engineering materials, and powder samples.

During measurement, the sample is tested in a sealed chamber. The system determines moisture content by detecting pressure changes generated through a controlled reaction, allowing safe and efficient analysis within a short testing cycle.

With accurate moisture data, users can confirm whether plastic pellets, resins, or other materials have been properly dried before processing. This helps reduce molding instability, product defects, and quality issues caused by excessive moisture. Moisture Lab is also suitable for incoming material inspection, drying condition verification, and quality control before injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and other processing applications.

Thanks to its large sample container, Moisture Lab can also measure residual moisture in intermediate and finished products.
