Description

The Impact Specimen V-Notcher utilizes precision ball screws to cut standard V-notches on standard specimens for impact testing. When addressing various angle cutting needs, operators can quickly adjust cutting depth and easily switch between different types of blades to meet various specifications. Additionally, the machine can adjust cutting speed and feed rate according to the status and condition of the samples.

On the other hand, the fully electric cutting system automatically optimizes feed speed, which allows the platform to travel at high speed during non-cutting stroke. This not only reduces specimen preparation time but also minimizes the deviations commonly seen in manual cutting process, facilitating the progress of impact testing.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a dust extraction port which, when connected to a dust extraction system, can remove debris generated during the cutting process, thereby reducing pollution and waste issues.
