The QC-801E features a non-contact sensing design, supporting a minimum test load of 150 g. Its stack-type weight system allows users to easily adjust the load according to their needs. The 2.8-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operation, while all test data and durations are recorded automatically. Compared to conventional timers, the QC-801E consumes less battery and can continue operating on backup batteries during power outages. With built-in Wi-Fi, it can connect wirelessly to computers or devices within a limited range, enabling easy data management and report export.
Adhesive test specimens, typically 1/2" × 1" or 1" × 1", are applied to a stainless steel panel using a 2 kg roller. A weight is then suspended from T-shaped weight hanger plates, and the time until detachment is recorded to assess adhesive holding strength.
