Description
Torque Tester - Programmable Type is equipped with servo motor which provides steady rotation with results with high precision. The torsion test is carried out by rotating the lower clamp. This digital torque tester is equipped with software to conduct analysis on Max. Static Torsion, and can be set to perform torque test and analysis under different speed conditions. The torque curve and the torsion direction are displayed in real time during the test, and the torque value of the sample is fully recorded when the sample is rotated.
The sample clamping method adopts a customized fixture, which is customized according to the sample size provided by the user, and can be applied on bottle caps, torque wrenches, and other spare parts relating to twisting force. The height of the upper grip can also be adjusted to suit different samples.
